This historic five unit Victorian brownstone consists of five one-bedroom units with parking for 3 automobiles behind the structure. Originally, this was the first black teaching hospital in Boston. This building is located in the South End of Boston and is close to Boston City Hospital. All units are provided both heat and hot water. Cooking gas and electricity is the responsibility of the tenant.

July includes the Lunenburg Street Festival and Art Walk and the Nova Scotia Folk Art Festival, while the Lunenburg Folk Harbour Festival takes place in August, featuring traditional and contemporary folk music from around the province and region.
